Method:
Slice the pork into 4 strips. Marinate
the pork with the mixture of fish sauce, sugar and rice wine for 4
hours. Turn the strips over every 30 minutes. Using low heat, grill
the seasoned pork for 15 minutes on each side. Every 5 minutes brush
the pork with the seasoning so that the pork will not be too dry. cook
the remaining seasoning in a pan until thick. Pour it over the pork.
