Walnut Paste Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

180g shelled and peeled walnuts

5 tbsp sugar

4 cups water

3 tbsp water mix with 1 tbsp cornstarch

Method:

Rinse the walnuts. Wipe dry. Roast in an oven at low heat until golden. Add 4 cups of water to the roasted walnuts. Blend in a blender to a milky consistency. Filter, then save liquid. Boil the blended walnut liquid and then add sugar until dissolves. Add the cornstarch mixture and boil again. Serve.
