Method:
Mix the green tea powder with brandy.
Mix well the milk, cream, sugar and milk powder in a bowl. Then pour
into a pan and bring to boil over moderate heat. Remove from heat and
allow to cool. Add in green tea paste. Mix well and chill in the deep
freeze for a day. Put the mixture into a blender and blend for a few
second. Return to fridge and leave until it set.
