Fried Banana Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

10 spring roll wrappers

5 bananas (peeled and cut into half lengthwise)

3 tbsp white sesame seeds

3 tbsp sugar

oil for deep frying

1 cup hot thin coconut milk

1/2 cup sugar

Method:

Spread out the spring roll wrappers and place half a peeled banana on each. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sugar. Roll up the wrappers and press the edges firmly together. Deep fry the rolls until golden and crisp. Dissolve the sugar in the hot coconut milk. Serve the sauce in individual bowls. Dip the fried banana rolls in the sauce after each bite.
