Candy Peach Recipe

Ingredients:

6 peaches

90g rock sugar

 

Method:

Cut peaches into half and remove seeds. Soaked in boiled water for 5 minutes. Remove, then peel. Set aside. Add rock sugar to 1 cup of water and cook with low heat until sugar dissolved. Put in peaches. Cook for 15 minutes until the syrup thickens. Serve.
