3 to e small slightly green bananas
5 cups thin coconut milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
Slice the bananas lengthwise. Then cut in into half. Pour the coconut milk into a pan and add the sugar and salt. Bring to a boil. Put in the bananas and bring to a boil again for 2 minutes. Serve hot or cold or together with ice cream.
