Ingredients A
10g instant agar-agar powder
500ml water
80g sugar
90ml coconut milk
Few drops green coloring
3 pandan leaves (juiced)
Ingredients B
7g instant agar-agar powder
100ml water
50g canned sweet corn
Method:
Boil ingredients A and B separately. Pour A into a large semi-round mould to 80% full, Stack up small semi-round mould. Remove the upper mould when coagulate. Pour B into the hollow, leave to coagulate. Pour the remaining A, chill in fridge.
