Method:
Sieve the flour and baking powder into a
bowl. Add the eggs and half of the milk. Mix well. Beat batter for 15
minutes until smooth. Add the remaining milk. Mash the bananas with
the castor sugar and salt. Mix it with the batter. Grease a frying
pan. Heat it and fry the pancakes till brown on both sides. Fry until
all the mixture has been used up.
