Method:
Beat margarine, icing sugar and egg
until well mix and creamy. Stir in plain flour and rice flour to form
a dough. Mix in lemon essence, mint flavoring and colorings into dough
and put into piping bag. Press out flower pattern onto baking tray.
Put a piece of chocolate chip at the centre. Bake in oven ant 180
degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
