Method:
Sift sugar, corn flour, flour and
sugee. Rub in butter and add in egg yolks and pounded cashew nuts.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes in a covered basin. Roll out to 3 mm
thickness and cut into fancy shapes. Decorate with desiccated coconut
and cherries. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until
golden.
