Greased and lined baking trays. Warm the
milk and mix in chocolate powder. Sift sugar, flour, baking powder
into a mixing bowl. Rub in margarine. Blend into a pliable dough with
addition of chocolate mixture and egg yolks. Refrigerate for 45
minutes in a covered basin. Roll out to 3 mm thickness and cut into
fancy shapes. Place cut pieces onto baking trays and bake in preheated
oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown. Allow to cool, then
store in airtight containers.
