250 g plain flour
50 g icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
160 g margarine
2 oz water
300 g dried apricot
Method:
Mix plain flour, icing sugar, vanilla essence, margarine and water together and knead into a dough. Divide into portions and wrap in dried apricot. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Remove and let it cool before serving.
