Apples help in alleviating morning
sickness and help relieves indigestion. It also helps those who are
suffering from low blood sugar, chronic enteritis, diarrhea, anemia,
kidney stones and dry cough.
Peel a few ripe apples and crush them to
squeeze out the juice. Drink at least half a cup of its juice three to
four times a day. It will help to relieve the discomfort of
indigestion. Taking the juice which is rich in iron, arsenic and
phosphorus will help those suffering from anemia and kidney stones.
Eating the fruit as a whole without juicing is recommended as a remedy
and prevention against low blood sugar.
Crush a few fresh apples and steam
together with honey until it becomes jelly like. Try taking 2 or 3
teaspoon of this mixture to relieve dry cough. This mixture is
also excellent in neutralizing the effects of smoking.
To alleviate morning sickness, prepare
60 to 80 grams of apple peel. Fry 40 grams of rice until light brown
and mix with the apple peel to make tea.
Dry a few slices of cut unripe apples
and dry in the sun. Grind the dried slices into powder and mix 3 to 4
teaspoon with warm water. Take this twice to ease abdominal pain,
diarrhea and chronic enteritis. Cooking and baking the apple softens
the cellulose and provides bulk to the feces and it helps stop
diarrhea. |
