Method:
Remove the top shell of the crab. Cut
crab into two. Put the crab in a steamer and steam over rapidly
boiling water until cooked. Pound the chilies, garlic together and add
in the vinegar, salt and sugar. Mix well. If the sauce is too thick,
add about 1/2 cup of water to it. Serve the steamed crabs together
with the sauce immediately.
