Prawn Cutlet Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 8

1 lb of prawns

4 oz crab meat

3 beaten eggs

1 tbsp sesame oil

salt to taste

pepper to taste

1/2 sandwich loaf

1/2 tbsp corn flour

cooking oil

Method:

Mince and pound the prawns finely. Add crab meat, corn flour, salt, pepper and sesame oil. Marinate for 20 minutes. Cut sandwich into thin slices. Spread minced prawns onto slices of bread. Spread with beaten eggs. Heat cooking oil in pan. Fry for 15 minutes turning them occasionally. Garnish with cucumber. Serve.
