Nori Tuna Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

280g tuna block, slice

4 nori sheets halved

Cucumber slice

Shredded daikon radish

 

Method:

Cut tuna into cylinder 1" x 4" long. Lay a halved nori sheet and top with 1 tuna slice. Roll up tightly. Repeat with the remaining tuna slices and nori sheet. Cut each roll into 4 pieces. Garnish with cucumber and daikon radish. Serve with soy sauce or wasabi for dipping.
