1/2 cup corn oil for frying
320g large shrimps (shelled)
3/4 tbsp garlic (lightly chopped)
2 tbsp white pepper (ground)
1 tsp salt
Method:
Heat up oil in pan. Fry the shrimps until light brown. Remove all but only a quarter of oil in the pan. Add the garlic, pepper and salt and fry for another 2 minutes together with the shrimps. Drain off the oil and serve immediately.
