Method:
Wash, shell the shrimps. Heat up oil in
wok using medium heat, Fry the shrimps, when it is cooked, arrange on
a plate. In a saucepan, mix the orange juice, sugar and salt. Heat
until the sugar dissolves. Mix the flour with a little and add to the
pan. Stir until the sauce thickens and then dip out over the fried
shrimps. Serve.
