Method:
Boil fish until cooked. Then remove skin
and bones. Mash the meat. Melt the margarine and lightly fry the
mashed potatoes. Add the milk a little at a time and stir. Add salt
and pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Add the fish, hard boiled eggs and
celery. Mix well. Leave to cool on a plate. Divide into equal portions
and shape each portion into drumsticks shape. Dip it in beaten egg and
coat it with breadcrumbs. Deep fry in heated oil.
Drain well. Serve.
