1 lb medium size shrimps (remove shell)

1.5 chopped garlic or chopped ginger
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1.5 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp tamarind mixed with 1/2 pint of
water (strain well)
1 tbsp corn flour
1/2 lettuce (cut into thin strips)
